Refund Policy

Event Terms and Conditions

Booking and cancellations

How to book

You can book online at or by calling our booking team on +44 (0) 1622695520. Bookings are ‘subject to availability’ and therefore we cannot guarantee you a place on any event. If you have any problems or queries with your booking, please contact the booking team at or on +44 (0)1622 695520 (lines open Monday-Thursday 08:30-16:30, Friday from 08:30-12:30).

We will treat any personal information collected at the point of booking in accordance with Data Protection legislation. Please refer to our Privacy policy for more information.

Payment terms and discounts

Payments must be made at the time of booking unless specifically stated. Credit/debit card payments can be made over the phone or via the website. Payment by cheque is not accepted. Requests for invoices can only be processed if full payment has been made.

Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or discounted rates. At the point of booking, the discount offered applies to the person attending the course. Substitutes are welcome; however, if they are not entitled to the discount the appropriate additional charge will be incurred.


We will endeavour to send an email to the main booking contact confirming the place on the event within 48 hours of your booking being received by us. If you have not received an email confirmation within this time please contact us.

Please note we will not be able to process the booking without being provided with a valid email address for you as lead delegate and any respective guests. Joining instructions will typically be sent out by email no later than two weeks before the event. An email reminder will also be sent the 3 days before the event.

Cancellations and refunds

If Septodont has to cancel an event, our liability in the event of cancellation is limited to a full refund of the event fee only. We will not refund any travel or hotel costs associated with the cancellation of an event.

All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to . The charge for cancelling your booking is:

21 days or more before the event – full refund (the sum debited by us from your debit or credit card for the order in question will be re-credited to you within 7 working days)
Less than 21 days before the event - No refund (transfer to another individual only)
Septodont accepts no liability if an event is cancelled or postponed for reasons beyond our reasonable control resulting from an act of God, governmental regulation, fire, war, terrorist activity or civil commotion.


If you cannot attend an event, you can transfer your place to another individual. Places can be transferred at any time up to and including the day of the event. Please note an additional charge may be applicable if the new attendee is not entitled to the same rate.

A delegate place can be transferred to another event, if the request to us is received more than 21 days before the event. Please note additional charges may be applicable and we cannot guarantee availability on the event the delegate wishes to transfer to. A delegate can only transfer their place once, after which they will incur a 20% administration fee.
